Project Yogi is a not for profit organisation that creates self development and self empowerment programmes using Yoga, Mindfulness and Social Emotional Wellness activities. All projects, classes and workshops are aimed at children, teenagers and families to help improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
Project Yogi use unique and fun activities, combined with the ancient practices of yoga and mindfulness, to provide younger generations with the tools they can use to aid and combat physical, mental and emotional concerns.
We are actively looking for a student currently taking their masters, who may want to research the long-term benefits of yoga and mindfulness in children for their thesis. Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis is essential.
If this is you, please contact us via our website contact form.
Project Yogi is headed up by Amani Eke, who leads the Kemetic Yoga sessions at OYA weekend retreats. OYA founder, Stacie CC Graham, is a member of the board of trustees at the organisation.
