In Breathe & Release, participants will first be guided in releasing built up emotions that they may still be holding in their hips. Afterwards in an interactive session, Exploring Shame & Finding Freedom, they can discuss more thoroughly the emotion of shame and its effects in different parts of our lives.
This urban retreat includes two sessions. A movement session, Feel Anger & Get Loud, where participants can experience their inner rage and let it all hang out. And a healing session, Sister Circle, where meditation, aroma therapy and other methods will allow participants to release and renew their energy.
