In this four-part series we will guide our sisters on a journey of grounding and uplifting in order to enable continuous transformation in the body, mind and spirit. Our journey will include discovering and connecting to our sexual self in a safe and boundaried way to bring a more holistic expression of who we are into the world.
No experience is required; all levels are welcome!
Part II: Finding Flow
Over the course of this one-day retreat we will explore your relationship to Self and to Other.
In a two-hour flow yoga class, you will be led through a sequence that allows you to move intuitively. You will become reacquainted with different parts of your body that you may neglect in the routine of daily life in order to deeply feel how all parts of the body are connected and can be attuned with even just a bit of attention.
You, in Relationship, is a space to explore how you show up in relationship, bringing awareness, choice and compassion to any patterns or blocks that may exist in your relational world. We will also take part in connection-based exercises that help us slow down and tune in to ourselves and the other more deeply. There will be no nudity or touch involved in this session.

Each urban retreat will take place at a venue in London. At these retreats lunch is not provided in order to keep costs as low as possible. However, time is scheduled in such a way that you can either take a break or purchase a light snack nearby.
