In this four-part series we will guide our sisters on a journey of grounding and uplifting in order to enable continuous transformation in the body, mind and spirit. Our journey will include discovering and connecting to our sexual self in a safe and boundaried way to bring a more holistic expression of who we are into the world.
No experience is required; all levels are welcome!
Part IV: Vision of Me
Over the course of this one-day retreat we will explore who you are becoming, opening the window for self-love. Self-love is the first love. Self-love has no conditions.
In a restorative Hatha yoga class you will be led through a short yet slow sequence that allows you to hold the postures longer and deepen your understanding of the pose. With props you will be comfortable enough to completely relax in the pose. With the help of Pranayama - breath exercises - you will find a great way to clear the mind of pesky thoughts and feel into the body and spirit. You walk away lighter and clearer.
Our afternoon sessions will be dedicated to exploring a powerful part of our body, in Vulvas Uncovered. Part I will involve sharing stories and learning anatomy to help us find new ways of seeing ourselves. In part II, there will be an opportunity to go deeper with intimate mirror work in a safe and conscious environment, where the focus will be on our own body and experience. This is a clothing optional space and there will be a break before part II for those who do not wish to take part.

Each urban retreat will take place at a venue in London. At these retreats lunch is not provided in order to keep costs as low as possible. However, time is scheduled in such a way that you can either take a break or purchase a light snack nearby.
