December is a celebratory time for some but it can also be a time for contemplation. This urban retreat is dedicated to clearing mental/internal space in preparation for the new year. In the first two-hour workshop, Danni will guide guests through a gentle ashtanga-vinyasa practice. There will be an hour lunch break for participants to find a snack at a nearby location. Afterwards, Stacie will guide a two-hour workshop in breath work (pranayama) and meditation. Please note that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Transfers are possible.
