Autumn is a time of great change, so that we will reflect as well as centre on strengthening our core and emotional resilience. This urban retreat is dedicated to our queer (LBTQIA) community members. In the first two-hour workshop, Josetta will guide participants through an ashtanga-inspired Hatha yoga practice. There will be an hour lunch break for participants to find a snack at a nearby location. Afterwards, Stacie will guide a two-hour workshop in breath work (pranayama) and meditation. Please note that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Transfers are possible.
