Spring is a beautiful time of year, with longer and brighter days, birds and bees spreading the love, and flowers in bloom. Before the new season begins, it is useful to clear out the cobwebs, pack away the things we no longer need, and open ourselves to all that awaits us. While many of us complete these tasks in our homes, we often overlook doing the same for our bodies, minds, and spirits.
At this day retreat, you will be immersed in a two-hour vinyasa flow session by Andrea, in which you will be led on a journey of tidying and clearing. After a lunch break Stacie will facilitate a mindful journey, incorporating breath work as well as meditation in order to release the weight of winter so that you may re-kindle your glow.
The retreat will be held at Common House which has kitchen facilities, if you would like to bring your own lunch. No cooking on the day, but a fridge is available for participants to use. This retreat is specifically for Black women and women of colour.
