In some cases we may ask for further information in order to deliver the service you are requesting to the best possible standards. In all instances it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide information.

If you wish to make a booking, you should follow the instructions for making a booking that appear on the site. Any booking will be subject to your agreement to further terms and conditions in respect of that booking. You agree to use the booking forms on our site to make only genuine bookings for you or for other persons for whom you are authorised to act.
You will not use the site to send by e-card, email, post or otherwise transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene or profane.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or re-post our content on another site, frame or mirror our site or link to our site without our prior written consent.
We try to update our site regularly, so we may have to suspend access, service or functionality from time to time, without notice. If required, we may have to close our site indefinitely. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time or for any period of time. Return Policy
Weekend Retreats
Cancellation policy: Please let us know as soon as possible if something prevents you from attending the retreat. If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the retreat start date, we will refund you 50% of the retreat costs. Within 30 days of the retreat, we will not be able to refund you unless we can find someone to take your position. In that case, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit of 50% within 30 days after the retreat has ended. No exchanges. Transfers possible.
Urban Retreats
No refunds or exchanges for purchased retreat places. Transfers are possible at the discretion of OYA Retreats.
Virtual Retreats
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or transfers. No exceptions.
